For this special occasion, we will reimagine the Vintner’s room as a Bombay Diwali Mahal, promising a unique and unforgettable experience for the evening.
Décor: Dinner tables will be set up with elegant thali-style plating, gold cutlery, spice jars, linen napkins, and marigold accents
Cuisine: Multi-course Indian dinner featuring both vegetarian and non-vegetarian entrées (samosa, saag paneer, chicken tikka masala, lamb korma, korma vegetables, naan, rice, dessert, melody of dry barfi sweets, and fresh warm chai)
Pairings: Each dish is paired with Nicholson Ranch wines, crafted to highlight both flavor and texture
During the dinner : the chef will engage us with a warm, conversational walkthrough of each dish and wine pairing, making the evening not just a feast for the palate, but also a journey of cultural and culinary discovery.
You are invited to wear your finest Indian clothes if you desire. The evening will start with appetizers and Chardonnay on the patio before sitting down for dinner in the Vintner’s room.
