The new Dry Farmed Pinot is all about complexity. From the various aromas of raspberry, cherry, and cranberry, balanced with cinnamon, Earl Grey tea, freshly cut red flowers and hints of forest floor, there is much to tantalize your nose. Even more fruit on the tongue, strawberry, pomegranate, cranberry, dark cherry, and raspberry jam, laced with dark cocoa powder and vanilla. The finish is both gently tannic and mouth-watering, begging for another sip, and just maybe another bite of Beef Bourguignon.
