The 2021 vintage of our Cuvee Natalie appears pale gold in the glass, the aromas are gentle at the start, lemon zest, pear, grapefruit, delicate notes of vanilla and jasmine with dusty crushed gravel and the gentle mists of the morning. The first sip reveals fresh citrus, tropical fruits and crisp pear, apple and vanilla emerge, alongside honey, pineapple, and a lively lemony finish. This will be a winner with oysters, scallops, or fresh goat cheese.
