Our first release from the 2020 vintage! That was a year when many things in life changed drastically, however, this 2020 Dry Farmed Pinot is “as per usual” a lovely wine. Medium ruby in color, the first aromas are of the garden, top soil, roses, bramble and hints of raspberries and cherries. As you swirl the aromas intensify into cherry liqueur, cassis and baked cranberry, followed on the palate by a more concentrated cherry, vibrant cinnamon, crab apple vanilla and cedar. On the finish lingering and mouth watering acidity makes way for whatever you’re eating, salmon with some roasted mushrooms would be a good choice.
