The 2018 Spring Hill has the most complex aroma you will experience in a wine. Aromas of jasmine and neroli blend with aromas of lime zest, Meyer lemon, white peach and mango. The mineral aroma of wet stones, spice aromas of vanilla, ginger and lemongrass combine with baking aromas of hazelnut and brioche to make the bouquet extremely intriguing. The flavors showcase pear, apple and jicama sweetened with honey and lemon meringue. Lemon and ginger add vibrant spicy notes to velvety honey flavors. The wine finishes with the flavors of a French vanilla crème – the custard which makes crème brulee.
