The 2018 vintage of the La Colina Chardonnay delivers concentrated aromas and flavors.  The aromas are a potpourri of flowers, fruit, perfume and baked goods.  The first note is reminiscent of walking through an alpine meadow of white flowers and fresh grass.  Fruit flavors of ripe pears and peach fill your senses.  High notes of peppermint, vanilla and sandalwood adorn the bouquet. Baking aromas of toast, brioche and pie crust wrap the aromatic profile.  On the palate, bold flavors or pear and pineapple compote mixed with lemon custard burst on your taste buds.  A cornucopia of fruit flavors of tangerine, lemon, honeydew melon, lychee, star-fruit intrigue your palate.  The wine finishes with the taste of a tropical crème brulee.
