2017 Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir
The regular bottling of the 2017 Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir has a distinctive nose – it shows high notes of roses, fruit notes of raspberry and the aromas of wet dirt – all unmistakably a fragrance found in Pinot Noir. The baking aromas of brown sugar, nutmeg and clove, fruit aromas of cranberry, cherry, and blackberry and woody aromas of cedar fill out the bouquet. The wine has a juicy, velvety mouthfeel with flavors of sweet black cherry and sour cherry, dark currants, raspberry and pomegranate. The finish is sweet and tart with a touch of oak and cedar.
