The first aromas you get from the 2017 NIRVANA are of cherry, maple, rose syrup and vanilla.  These are balanced with aromas of potting soil, birch, cola and tar.  Herb and spice aromas of mint, cinnamon and clove add high notes to the bouquet.  The wine is full and round in the mouth bursting of cherry soda and cherry liqueur with sweetness of maraschinos and bitterness of pomegranate seeds and red apple skins.  The wine finishes with flavors of cocoa, brown sugar, black pepper, oak and earth.
