The 2017 Narasimha is a dark and dense purple color as it swirls in the glass, with aromas at once fruity and herbaceous; blackberries, black cherries, plum, with hints of sage, bay leaf, lavender and pine forest. As you sip, a rich and round palate of flavors comes forth; plum, currant, blackberry, and cocoa concentrate on the middle and back of the tongue. The texture is silky and full with smooth tannins on the finish. A rustic pasta alla Puttanesca would be a fine pairing for our Super Tuscan blend.
